Route-setter qualification
There are 9 levels of in-house climbing instructor qualification, and the range each can handle is determined. It links with various qualifications outside the company. The highest level among indoor climbing is the level of supervisor of international competitions such as the World Cup. As of outdoor, this is a level that can do all instructions of outdoor climbing, including multi-pitch and trad climbing. There are currently 4 people of this level in our company. We want you to aim toward a higher-level instructor by in-house training.
There is a 7-stage in-house route-setter qualification. The highest level is the chief setter of World Cups (International Route Setter). In our company, there is currently 1 person at this level. We want you to aim toward a higher-level route-setter by in-house training.
