Junior Time

Let’s start off with Junior Time for free!

This is a program for children from primary school to junior high school who want to begin bouldering.
This is a fun time with elements of play to make your children aware how bouldering is a fun and attractive.
In addition, children can learn the manners that derives from sportsmanship.
You need not pay fee other than facility usage fee.

For primary school – junior high school students
Schedule: Every Wednesday 16:00-17:00
Lesson time: 1 hour
No need for reservation


PUMP Junior Climbing Club

2 hours each week

Achievement of teaching more than 500 trainees for 7 years

The “Pump Junior Climbing Club” (abbreviated PJCC) was launched in 2011 with desire to have more children learn about climbing and to create an environment where they can improve skills with fun. The high quality training provided by PUMP’s elite instructors will dramatically improve children’s climbing levels.

Many children have started climbing from pure thought like “I want to begin bouldering!”, “I want to be better!”. Now, several children have grown up to players who compete in the World Youth Championship and the World Cup.
We have prepared 4 classes of C, B, A, S according to the children’s level and goals (At first everyone start from the challenge class (C class)).

C class ¥12,000 (tax excluded) / month

Schedule:
Wednesday 17:30~19:30
Sunday 10:30~12:30
2 hours / each week 4 times / month
* In the 5th week lesson is off

Kids Physical Lesson

Primary school students are called the Golden Age, the age at which their athletic ability develop most.
By improving the coordination of the whole body, experiencing various movements and increasing variations of them at this age, children will be able to demonstrate superior abilities in any exercise in the future.

At this age, however, the important things required for training change during the growth process. It is very important to be aware of the training and movements that fit your child.
In this lesson, we will teach and support the training for each child.
This lesson is recommended for children who want to be good climbers in the future, or children who want to improve their athletic ability and play an active role in sports events.

Content: Balance training, physical training using ladders, balls, etc.

Fee ¥3,000 (tax excluded)

If your child is going to use gym on the day, the facility usage fee is ¥1.000 (tax excluded)

For elementary school students
Lesson time: 1 hour

The age of junior high school students is the time when bones and muscles change significantly. It is an important time to get future athletic skills, but incorrect training can lead to irreversible injuries and breakdowns.
At this age, by enhancing basic strength and endurance, and gaining physical strength that is the basis of the whole body, it is possible that they can become strong without injury, even if they do high-intensity training after graduating junior high school.
In this lesson, we will teach and support the training for each child.
This is recommended for junior high school students who want to be good climbers in the future, or those who want to win the competition.

Content: Body training, Basic strength training such as squat, Endurance training such as circuit training and so on
