Q.How can I enter when I forget my membership card?
A.The price depends on your situation or entry time.
If you visit here first time, we require register for membership and need to pay registration fee and Day pass fee.
We have 4 plans of Day pass fee. You can choose a plan according to your schedule.

The registration fee is only for first time to visit. membership expire is nothing.
But we require to register at each PUMP series climbing gym.
We’re sorry but we don’t have without register plan. All people who climb here need to reister.

If you show us your student ID, you can use the gym at the student discount.
In addition to your student ID, student official portal website, official e-mail form your school, Certificate of enrollment, and something are okay as well.

Registration Fee ¥2,200 + All Day Pass ¥2,200 = ¥4,400
2.You registered at B-PUMP “OGIKUBO” (other location) but first time to visit B-PUMP AKIHABARA, and want to climb from 6:30pm
Registration Fee ¥1,100 + Night Pass (After 6:00pm) = ¥3,080
3.You’ve visit here, want to climb until 4:00pm, and need shoes rental
Daytime Pass (OPEN~6:30pm, Only Weekday) ¥1,980 + Shoes Rental ¥330 = ¥2,310
4.You’ve visit here, want to climb from 5:00pm to 8:00pm as a student

People who don’t climb need to pay Entrance fee. For example, children’s guardians, follow friends or someone and just looking, etc.
But you don’t need to register for just looking if you haven’t been here before,
If you want to look around the gym and stay 5-10 minuets, you don’t need to pay Entrance Fee
A.Yes. But we have some terms for children.
Kids under 15 (junior high school students and below) have to be followed by their parents or guardians.
Please be careful because the time available for children varies according to the age of them.

The age at which the school year changes differs depending on the country and region. So this terms are based on age, not grade.
This time limit applies only to B-PUMP TOKYO. The time limit depends on gym.
16-18 years old people necessarily don’t need to followed by guardians, but need to bring the “Confirmation Document for Under 18” with guardians signature.
For customers under 18
You have to submit the confirmation document with signature of your parent at your first use of PUMP gym. Please download the format from the link below and bring it with sign.
A.Please show us your ID.
We can search your customer information. And remaking a card is free.
If you have forgotten your ID, please feel free to come to our store and we can look it up for you.
A.We don’t have lessons. Only Dojo.
Sorry but we don’t have any paid lessons.
Although it is irregular, we hold ENGLISH DOJO on Monday nights from 20:00 to 21:00.
This is a bouldering session event to support your climbing!
If you climb between Yellow and Blue tape this is the perfect chance to improve your climbing with the help of B-PUMP staff without needing to know Japanese.
You don’t need to make reservation, and don’t need to pay extra charge for Dojo.
We will announce the holding of ENGLISH DOJO on Instagram.
